Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Compliance with Laws
All services are provided in compliance with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals for their projects.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Changes to Terms
Vishvakarma Consulting Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
